摘要

介绍11R24.5越野牵引型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径1112.8mm,断面宽280.7 mm,行驶面宽度240 mm,行驶面弧度高5.5 mm,胎圈着合直径621.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度223.6 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.928,胎面采用大花纹块设计和花纹沟底保护筋设计,花纹深度26.5 mm,花纹饱和度65.5%,花纹周节数48.施工设计:胎面采用三复合挤出工艺,采用4层带束层结构,1#带束层采用4+3×0.33ST钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化.成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能符合相应测试标准和设计要求.

Abstract

The design of 11R24.5 off-road-traction all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structural design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 112.8 mm,cross-sectional width 280.7 mm,width of running surface 240 mm,arc height of running surface 5.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 621.8 mm,bead width at rim seat 223.6 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)0.928,adopting a large pattern block design and a pattern groove bottom protective rib design fortread,pattern depth 26.5 mm,block/total ratio 65.5%,and number of pattern pitches 48.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using a three-extrusion process to form tread,adopting a 4-layer belt structure,4+3 × 0.33ST steel cord for 1# belt,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belt,5×0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt,using 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass,using a three-drum one-stage building machine to build tires and a dual-mold shaping vulcanizing press for cure tires.The results of the finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and durability met the corresponding testing standards and design requirements.
