摘要
研究新型功能树脂CSR8030在航空斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用.结果表明,在胎面胶中加入新型功能树脂CSR8030,胶料的硫化特性变化不大,硫化胶的拉断伸长率增大,抗撕裂性能、抗崩花掉块性能及耐高温性能提高,生热和滚动阻力降低.
Abstract
The application of new functional resin CSR8030 in the tread compound of aircraft bias tire was studied.The results showed that by adding new functional resi CSR8030 in the tread compound,the vulcanization characteristics of the compound changed little,the elongation at break of the vulcanizate was increased,the tear resistance,anti-collapse and block falling performance and high-temperature resistance were improved,while the heat build-up and rolling resistance were reduced.
