摘要

分析全钢载重子午线轮胎成型胎面压合质量缺陷,并提出相应的解决措施.在保证成型设备精度的前提下,通过采取优化0°带束层压延排线板结构、制定胶料门尼粘度控制标准和优化成型胎面压合工艺等措施,解决了胎肩胶边杂物、胎面X光气泡及0°带束层散线质量问题,有效提高了轮胎质量.

Abstract

The quality defects of the tread rolling under the building process for all-steel truck and bus radial tires were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.Under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the building equipment,by implementing measures such as optimizing the structure of the calendering cable board,establishing the standard for controlling the Mooney viscosity of the compound for 0° belt,and optimizing the tread rolling process under the building process,the problems of rubber edge debris on the shoulder,X-ray bubbles in the tread,and 0° belt scattering were resolved,effectively improving tire quality.
