基于有限元仿真的特种车型配套轮胎的性能研究

基于有限元仿真方法,以MV3车型配套395/85R20轮胎为研究对象,研究配方、轮廓和结构等对轮胎耐久性能和高速性能的影响.结果表明:通过应用EVEC胶料、调整轮廓和结构设计等,在减小轮胎的质量同时提升了轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能.
Research on Performance of OEM Tire for Special Vehicle Based on Finite Element Simulation
Based on the finite element simulation method,the influence of the formula,profile and structure on the durability and high-speed performance of the tire was studied by taking OEM 395/85R20 tires for MV3 vehicles as the research object.The results showed that by applying the EVEC compound,adjusting the profile and structural design and so on,the durability and high-speed performance of the tire were improved while reducing its mass.
