Finite Element Optimization Design of 12R22.5 All-steel Truck and Bus Radial Tire Based on Abaqus Software and Orthogonal Experiment
Based on Abaqus finite element analysis software,the orthogonal experimental schemes for the outer contour parameters of 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the optimal schemes were obtained.The optimal schemes were simulated and analyzed to select the running surface height of 4 mm,crown radius of 600 mm,and shoulder radius of 170 mm of tire as the optimum solution by comparing Mises stress,maximum strain energy density gradient,contact area,maximum contact pressure and other indicators.
