介绍ST225/75R15全钢挂车特种专用轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径710 mm,断面宽220 mm,行驶面宽度 180 mm,胎圈着合直径379 mm,采用挂车轮胎专用花纹,花纹深度9 mm,花纹饱和度74.7%,花纹周节数63.施工设计:胎面采用波浪形设计,1#和2#带束层采用4+3×0.33ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+8×0.22ST钢丝帘线,采用两鼓一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化.成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应的设计和国家标准要求.
Design of ST225/75R15 All-steel Trailer Special Tire
The design of ST225/75R15 all-steel trailer special tire was introduced.In the structural design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 710 mm,cross-section width 220 mm,width of running surface 180 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379 mm,adopting trailer tire special patterns,pattern depth 9 mm,block/total ratio 74.7%,and number of pattern pitches 63.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:adopting wave shape design for tread,4+3×0.33ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,3+8X0.22ST steel cord for carcass,using two-drum one-stage building machine to build tires and hot plate press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,durability and high-speed performance all met the corresponding design and national standards.
