摘要

研究热裂解炭黑在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎踵胶中的应用.结果表明:在胎踵胶中以10份热裂解炭黑替代5份炭黑N330,胶料的加工性能和物理性能基本相当,损耗因子和压缩永久变形减小;成品轮胎的耐久性能性能良好,同时有效降低了胎踵胶的成本.

Abstract

The application of pyrolytic carbon black in the bead heel compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tires was studied.The results showed that by replacing 5 phr carbon black N330 with 10 phr pyrolysis carbon black in the bead heel compound,the processability and physical properties of the compound were basically equivalent,the loss factor at 60 ℃ and the compression set decreased,the durability performance of finished tires were good,while the cost of the bead heel compound was effectively reduced.
