Application of High Tear and Cut Resistant Modifier EN-01 in Shoulder Pad Compound of Off-The-Road Radial Tire
The application of high tear and cut resistant modifier EN-01(abbreviated as EN-01)in the shoulder pad compound of off-the-road radial tires was studied.The results showed that by adding EN-01 in the shoulder pad compound,the scorching time of the compound was shortened,t90 was prolonged,and the anti-reversion property was improved.The hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate were decreased,the elongation at break was increased,the tensile strength,compression heat build-up and dynamic mechanical properties changed little,while the tear resistance and aging resistance were improved.The durability of the finished tire was improved.
