The three-dimensional tire model and rim model were established using finite element simulation technology,and the influence of wire ring position on the bead pressure of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results indicated that the finite element simulation method could accurately simulate bead pressure,and its accuracy depended on the accuracy of the tire model and the modeling method.The modeling method of the wire ring had a significant impact on the bead pressure.The bead pressure was sensitive to the change in the horizontal position of the wire ring(represented by the horizontal distance W from the outer end of the wire ring to the outer end of the rim).The smaller W was,the lower the bead pressure was,and the larger W was,the higher the bead pressure was.
