摘要
介绍轮胎厂电气火灾预警系统的智能化改造项目.该系统部署了无线测温模块,通过LoRa网关传输数据至服务器,并在大数据平台进行集成,实现了对设备温度的实时监测,不仅能展示实时温度数据,还提供了温度报警、温度曲线分析、报警记录以及阈值报警设置等功能,成功实现了电气设备监测与大数据分析的紧密结合,有效预防了轮胎厂潜在的电气火灾风险.
Abstract
The intelligent transformation project of the electrical fire warning system of the tire factory was introduced.The system deployed a wireless temperature measurement module,with data transmitted to a server through a LoRa gateway and integrated on a big data platform.Real-time monitoring of equipment temperatures was achieved,enabling not only real-time temperature data display but also features such as temperature alarms,temperature trend analysis,alarm records,and threshold alarm settings.The integration of equipment monitoring with big data analysis was successfully implemented,effectively preventing potential electrical fire risks in the tire factory.
