摘要

基于Abaqus软件,建立出现肩空现象的12R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的有限元分析模型,对不同带束层宽度轮胎进行仿真对比,分析带束层和胎肩垫胶部位最大Mises应力和最大应变能密度梯度、接地面积、最大接地压力等指标.结果表明,1#,2#,3#和0°带束层宽度分别为185,205,120和29 mm为最优方案.

Abstract

Based on Abaqus software,a finite element analysis model of 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire with shoulder void issues was established,the simulation comparisons were conducted for tires with different belt widths,analyzing the maximum Mises stress and maximum strain energy density gradient at the belt,contact area,maximum contact pressure,etc.The results indicated that the optimal belt layer widths were 185,205,120 and 29 mm for the 1#,2#,3#,and 0° belt layers,respectively.
