摘要
研究超聚态天然橡胶(NR)在全钢子午线轮胎高耐磨胎面配方中的应用.结果表明:超聚态NR的相对分子质量及其分布更接近烟胶片;在胎面配方中,超聚态NR胶料的拉伸强度、耐磨性能可达到烟胶片水平,但回弹值更高及滞后生热更低;使用经过塑炼优化的超聚态NR的胶料的耐磨性能比直接使用超聚态NR的胶料更佳.
Abstract
The application of supermolecular aggregated natural rubber(NR)in the formula of high-wear-resistant tread for all-steel radial tires was investigated.The results indicated that the relative molecular weight and distribution of supermolecular aggregated NR were closer to that of ribbed smoked sheets.In the tread formula,the tensile strength and wear resistance of the supermolecular aggregated NR compound could reach the level of ribbed smoked sheets,with higher rebound values and lower heat buildup.The wear resistance of the compound using supermolecular aggregated NR after plasticization optimization was better than that of the compound using supermolecular aggregated NR directly.
