酚醛树脂和炭黑在轮胎三角胶中的应用

研究酚醛树脂和炭黑在轮胎三角胶中的应用,并进行胶料的性能和成品轮胎的性能对比.结果表明:与仅用炭黑补强体系的胶料相比,添加酚醛树脂补强体系的胶料的门尼粘度更低,焦烧时间更长,硫化速率较慢,定伸应力和拉伸强度略低,拉断伸长率较高,拉断永久变形和回弹值更大,60 ℃时的tanδ更小,生热更低;三角胶挺性更好,成品轮胎的胎圈耐久性能更好.
Application of Phenolic Resin and Carbon Black in Apexes of Tires
The application of phenolic resin and carbon black in the apexes of the tires was studied,and the properties of the compound and the performance of the finished tires were compared.The results showed that compared with the compound with only the carbon black reinforcement system,the compound with phenolic resin reinforcement system had lower Mooney viscosity,longer scorch time,slower vulcanization rate,smaller tensile stress at a given elongation and tensile strength,larger elongation at break,greater tensile set at break and rebound value,smaller tanδ at 60 ℃ and lower heat build-up.The apex had better stiffness,and the bead durability of the finished tire was better.
