Application of Multi-functional Agent EN-01 in Belt Compound of All-steel Truck and Bus Radial Tire
The application of multi-functional agent EN-01 in the belt compound of all-steel radial tires was studied.The results showed that by adding multi-functional agent EN-01 to the belt compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased,t90 was prolonged,and the anti-vulcanization reversion performance was improved.The physical properties and resistance to moisture and heat aging of the vulcanizate were improved,the loss factor was reduced,the energy storage modulus increased,the crack propagation rate was reduced,and the tear resistance at high temperatures was improved,which was beneficial for extending the service life of tires.
