研究高导热硫化胶囊在12R22.5CST113 18PR全钢子午线轮胎生产中的应用,并与普通硫化胶囊进行对比.结果表明:高导热硫化胶囊的热导率比普通硫化胶囊增大47%;采用高导热硫化胶囊可将内蒸汽温度由210 ℃降至198℃,同时硫化时间缩短,轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能提高,单胎能源消耗降低;高导热硫化胶囊的使用寿命更长.
Application of High Thermal Conductivity Vulcanization Capsules in Production of 12R22.5CST113 18PR All-steel Radial Tire
The application of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules in the production of 12R22.5CST113 18PR all-steel radial tire production was studied and compared with ordinary vulcanization capsules.The results showed that the thermal conductivity of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules was higher than that of the ordinary vulcanization capsules.The use of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules could reduce the internal steam temperature from 210 ℃ to 198 ℃,shorten the vulcanization time,improve the durability and high-speed performance of the tire,and reduce the single tire energy consumption.The service life of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules was longer.
