一体成型与传统制样法阿克隆磨耗对比

采用一体成型与传统制样法制备两种阿克隆磨耗试样.通过改变试样硬度、胶轮轴与砂轮轴夹角、负荷,研究一体成型与传统制样试样的磨耗变化规律.结果表明:阿克隆磨耗测试中一体成型试样形变较大,两种试样的阿克隆磨耗量之间存在关联性.该研究可为两种方法阿克隆磨耗对比提供参考.
Comparison of Akron Abrasion between Integrated Molding and Traditional Sampling Method
Two types of Akron abrasion specimens were prepared using integrated molding and traditional sampling methods.By varying the hardness of the sample,the angle between the rubber wheel axis and the grinding wheel axis,and the load,the abrasion variation law of the integrated molding and traditional sample preparation samples was studied.The results indicated that the integrated molding sample exhibited greater deformation in Akron abrasion tests,with a correlation observed between the Akron abrasion of the two samples.This study could provide a reference for comparing Akron abrasion between the two methods.
