橡胶防老剂BLE-W的入厂检测方法研究

采用气相色谱-质谱联用、傅里叶变换红外光谱和热重(TG)分析方法,建立橡胶防老剂BLE-W的定性定量方法.试验结果证明:所建立的定性方法准确;9,9-二甲基吖啶(BLE)的TG定量结果与抽提法结果的相对标准偏差小于1%,BLE、碳酸钙和白炭黑含量测试的相对标准偏差(重复6次)分别为0.32%,3.8%和0.38%,均小于4%,精度高,结果满意,可以有效地对入厂的防老剂BLE-W进行质量控制.
Research on Factory Testing Method for Rubber Antioxidant BLE-W
Taking gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis method,a qualitative and quantitative method for rubber antioxidant BLE-W was established.The test results showed that the established qualitative method was accurate.The relative standard deviation of the TG quantitative results of BLE and those obtained by the extraction method was below 1%.The relative standard deviations(repeated 6 times)of BLE,calcium carbonate,and silica content tests were 0.32%,3.8%,and 0.38%,respectively,all less than 4%,indicating accuracy precision and satisfactory results,which could effectively control the quality of the antioxidant BLE-W entering the factory.
