复合材料修复内壁减薄柱壳承载能力试验与数值研究

为解决水下由于腐蚀导致内壁减薄柱壳易失稳的问题,开展复合材料修复内壁减薄柱壳承载能力试验及数值研究.本研究通过制作初始柱壳和不同减薄程度的修复柱壳模型,进行静水压力试验,并利用非线性数值分析方法研究修复柱壳的屈曲机理以及修复参数对修复柱壳承载能力的影响规律.结果表明:经复合材料修复后的减薄柱壳能有效恢复承载能力,且修复厚度对性能提升具有显著影响.但当修复参数达到一定阈值时,承载能力趋于稳定.该研究结果对于指导和推动复合材料修复水下设备的应用研究有重要的参考价值.
EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL STUDY ON BEARING CAPACITY OF INTERBALLY THINNED CYLINDERICAL SHEELS REPAIRED WITH COMPOSITES
In order to address extremely collapse of internally thinned cylindrical shell due to corrosion,experimental and numerical researches on bearing capacity of internally thinned cylindrical shells repaired with fiber composites were carried out.The pristine cylindrical shells and repaired cylindrical shells with different thinning were manufactured and hydrostatic testing was performed.Meanwhile,the nonlinear numerical analysis method was applied to investigate the buckling behaviors of two kinds of cylindrical shells.The effect of repair parameters on bearing capacity of repaired cylindrical shell was explored.The results show that the bearing capacities of repaired cylindrical shells could restore bearing capacity of pristine cylinders and even better.Among repaired condition,the repair thickness significantly improves the bearing capacity of repaired cylinders.However,the repair parameters reach a certain threshold value,the bearing capacities of repaired cylinders remain stabilization.These research findings play an important role in guiding and advancing the application of composite materials in repairing underwater equipment.
