摘要

木鱼花是由鲣鱼干薄片制成,在日料里常被作为调味品使用,当其撒在各种食物上时,可以观察到令人惊奇的舞动现象.本文主要通过实验观察几种木鱼花自持续运动现象,探究现象产生的力学原理,并对其进行解释.

Abstract

Kayo flakes are made from thin slices of dried bonito and are often used as a condiment in Japanese cuisine.When bonito flakes are sprinkled on food,it can be observed that the phenomenon of bonito flakes surprising dance occurs,and this paper mainly observes several self-sustained movement phenomena of bonito flake through experiments,explores the mechanical principle of the phenomenon,and explains it.
