摘要
乡村振兴是共同富裕的必经之路,共同富裕是乡村振兴的行动指引,二者必须相融互促、一体推进.然而,目前乡村振兴面临以下现实问题:"三农"人才稀缺,缺乏内生动力;农村产业体系发展滞后,科技支撑动力不足;农业污染有待整顿,农产品质量有待保证;城乡发展二元格局有待转变;乡村物质文明和精神文明发展步伐有待协调.地方政府可以遵循以下路径推进乡村振兴:培育"三农"人才,激发农村内生动力;完善农村产业发展体系,加强科技支持力度;加强农业污染整治,提升农村环境质量;打造新型城乡关系,实现高质融合发展;推动物质文明和精神文明协调发展.
Abstract
Rural revitalization is the only way to common prosperity,and common prosperity is the action guide of rural revitalization.However,at present,rural revitalization faces many practical problems:"the agriculture,countryside,and farmers"talent is scarce,lack of endogenous power;the development of rural industrial system lags behind,the development of scientific and technological support power is insufficient;agricultural pollution needs to be rectified,the quality of agricultural products needs to be guaranteed;the dual pattern of urban and rural development needs to be changed;the pace of rural material civilization and spiritual civilization needs to be coordinated.Local governments can follow the following paths to promote rural revitalization:cultivating talents for"agriculture,the countryside and farmers"and stimulating the endogenous impetus of rural areas;improve the rural industrial development system and strengthen scientific and technological support;strengthen agricultural pollution control and improve the quality of rural environment;create new urban-rural relationship and realize high-quality integrated development;and promote the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization.
