增强大学生体育素质有利于保障"五育"并举,可以满足高校体育事业发展需要,有助于体育教师教学能力提升,还能促进大学生身心健康.然而,大学生存在自律性较差、生活不规律、锻炼意识不强、缺乏体育技能等问题,影响了他们体育素质的提升.高校可以从以下路径入手提升大学生的体育素质:增强自律意识,激发锻炼兴趣;提高体育运动技能,增强体育锻炼意识;创新体育教学方法,灵活运用评价反馈.
On on the Effective Path to Improve the Physical Quality of College Students
Enhancing the physical fitness of college students is conducive to ensuring the simultaneous development of the five educations,which can meet the needs of the development of physical education in universities,improve the teaching ability of physical education teachers,and promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of college students.However,the problems of poor self-discipline,irregular lifestyle,weak exercise awareness,and lack of sports skills among college students have affected their improvement in physical fitness.Universities can improve the physical fitness of college students through the following paths:enhancing self-discipline awareness,stimulating exercise interest,improving sports skills,enhancing awareness of physical exercise,innovating sports teaching methods,and flexibly using evaluation feedback.
