摘要
为探究归属感对幼儿教师离职意向的影响,考察工作满意度在其中的中介作用,本研究采用教师归属感量表、离职倾向量表、工作满意度问卷对 435 名在职幼儿园教师进行调查.调查结果显示:归属感和幼儿教师离职倾向存在显著负相关,工作满意度和幼儿教师离职倾向存在显著负相关;工作满意度在幼儿教师归属感对离职倾向的影响中起到中介作用.
Abstract
In order to explore the impact of sense of belonging on preschool teachers'turnover intention,and to investigate the mediating role of job satisfaction in it,435 in-service kindergarten teachers were investigated by using the teacher's sense of belonging scale,turnover intention scale and job satisfaction questionnaire.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the sense of belonging and the turnover intention of preschool teachers,and a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and the turnover intention of preschool teachers;Job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the influence of preschool teachers'sense of belonging on turnover intention.
