聚合硫酸铁的制备、改性及应用研究进展

摘要
聚合硫酸铁是一种新型的无机大分子絮凝剂,其表面活性和电荷中和能力使其比传统的混凝剂具有更好的絮凝效果,在水处理领域有着广阔的应用前景.近几年来,其市场需求也在不断增长.当前制备聚合硫酸铁的工艺主要有催化氧化法、直接氧化法和生物氧化法等.聚合型硫酸铁及其改性产物在除浊、脱色、去除重金属和有机污染物等方面都有很好的效果,在多种污水的净化和处理中得到了广泛的应用,今后宜深入研究,不断改进工艺,满足环境治理的需要.
Abstract
Polyferric sulfate is a new kind of inorganic macromolecular flocculant.Its surface activity and charge neutralization ability make it have better flocculating effect than traditional coagulants.It has broad application prospect in the field of water treatment.In recent years,its market demand is also growing.At present,the main processes for the preparation of polyferric sulfate are catalytic oxidation,direct oxidation and biological oxidation.Polymerized ferric sulfate and its modified products have good effects in turbidity removal,decolorization,removal of heavy metals and organic pollutants,and have been widely used in the purification and treatment of various sewage,and should be further studied in the future,and constantly improve the process to meet the needs of environmental governance.
