On Legal Protection of Farmers'Rights and Interests in Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy——From the Perspective of System Reform about Land Expropriation and Homestead"Three Rights Separation"
The reform of land expropriation and homestead"three rights separation"system is closely related to the interests of farmers.Strengthening the protection of farmers'rights and interests and improving farmers'property interests are important measures to implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.At present,the situation of damaging farmers'rights and interests often occurs in the process of system reform of land expropriation and homestead.In aspect of land expropriation,the guarantee and supply of legal system should be improved to regulate and balance the interests of all parties,and the channels of judicial relief should be unimpeded.In the reform of the homestead system,we should strictly regulate the behavior of the homestead ownership subject,establish the system of repenting of homestead,and set up the compensation scheme of stock ownership to protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.
