The Logical Basis,Value Interpretation,Practical Dilemma and Action Path of Vocational Education Enabling Common Prosperity
Vocational education enabling common prosperity is the internal requirement of rural revitalization and development,which has profound theory,practice,value and historical logic.Vocational education enables Common prosperity and social value,which is conducive to maintaining social stability and creating a harmonious society;At the level of economic value,it is conducive to promoting economic growth and empowering industrial upgrading;At the level of educational value,it is conducive to improving the quality of talents and optimizing vocational education services;At the level of cultural values,it is conducive to strengthening cultural confidence and achieving global harmony together.In view of the realistic difficulties faced by the current vocational education enabling Common prosperity,such as vague school running orientation,lagging ideological guidance,weak agricultural practice links,and unbalanced overall development,the following action paths are proposed:scientifically orienting the school running direction,and reshaping the talent training ideas of vocational education;Strengthening value leadership and optimizing innovative and entrepreneurial thinking in vocational education;Long term visits to enterprises and job development,emphasizing the practice of professional skills in vocational education;Deepening the reform of vocational education and promoting the balanced and coordinated development of vocational education.
