大学生思政课学习动力的提升路径

大学生思政课学习动力不足主要表现在缺乏学习热情、学习逃避行为、存在消极心态、缺乏明确目标等方面,其成因与思政课教学内容缺乏足够的吸引力、教师教学方式单一等有关,也与大学生在高中阶段对大学生活的"非理性"想象和对专业学习缺乏全面认识有关.在学习动机理论的视野下,教师可以从以下途径入手提升大学生思政课学习的动力,即建立良好的师生关系、建构学生思政学习"动力程"、促进师生课上良性互动和引导学生自觉进行知识信息整合.
The Way to Improve the Learning Motivation of College Students'Ideological and Political Courses——Based on Empirical Research and Motivation Theory
The main manifestations of the lack of motivation for college students to learn ideological and political courses are lack of enthusiasm for learning,learning avoidance behavior,negative mentality,and lack of clear goals.The causes are related to the lack of attractiveness of the teaching content of ideological and political courses and the single teaching method of teachers.The"irrational"imagination of college life and the lack of comprehensive understanding of professional learning are related.From the perspective of learning motivation theory,teachers can start from the following ways to improve the motivation of college students'ideological and political course learning,establish a good teacher-student relationship,construct the"dynamic process"of students'ideological and political learning,promote the benign interaction between teachers and students in class,and guide students to consciously integrate knowledge and information.
