师德概念和师风概念混为一谈,导致实践中对师德、师风问题定性不准,相应案件的处理畸轻畸重,这不利于教师义务的履行和教师权利的保障.因此,把握师德概念和师风概念的"二元结构",厘清师德和师风关系的内部模型与外部模型,有助于明确师德教育的重点在于规范思想,师风教育的重点在于规范行为,从而架构形塑师德和师风关系的理论坐标.正确处理师德、师风关系,不仅能有效处理现实生活中教师行为失德失范问题,而且能为师德和师风教育提供学理支撑.
On the Relationship between Teachers'Ethics and Standards:from Internal Model to External Model
In theory,the concepts of teachers'ethics and standards are confused,which leads to the inaccurate definition of teachers'ethics and standards in practice,and the handling of corresponding cases is extremely light or heavy,which is not conducive to the performance of teachers'obligations and the protection of teachers'rights.Therefore,we should focus on the"dual structure"of the concepts of teachers'ethics and standards,clarify the internal model and external model of the relationship between teachers'ethics and standards,and make it clear that the focus of teachers'ethics education lies in standardizing thoughts and teachers'standards education lies in standardizing behavior,thus shaping the theoretical coordinates of the relationship between teachers'ethics and standards,responding to the problems of teachers'ethics and standards in real life,and providing theoretical support for teachers'ethics and standards education.
