协同育人理念下人力资源管理专业育人模式的建构与实施

摘要
随着社会经济的迅速发展和全球化的推进,人力资源管理在企业管理中的重要性日益凸显.作为人力资源管理人才培养的重要阵地,高校人力资源管理专业需紧密结合市场需求,不断探索和创新人才培养模式.高校人力资源管理专业课程可以在协同育人理念的指导下,采用"双轴三阶六步"育人模式,通过整合校内外资源促进理论与实践相结合,提高学生的综合素质和职业能力.
Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy and the advancement of globalization,the importance of human resource management in enterprise management is becoming more and more prominent.As an important training base for future human resource management talents,colleges and universities need to explore and innovate the talent cultivation mode by closely integrating the market demand in the teaching of human resource management majors.This study aims to build a"two-axis,three-step,six-step"training model for HRM courses under the guidance of the concept of collaborative parenting,to strengthen the combination of theory and practice through the integration of internal and external resources,and to improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of students.
