The college student community is the main venue for university students during their time at school.It is a stable place where they spend the most time,enjoy a relaxed psychological atmosphere,lead a free lifestyle,and express their true emotions.It also serves as a crucial front for ideological and political education.This paper explores the practical route from three perspectives:strengthening top-level design,optimizing resource allocation,and implementing education methods.It expounds specific measures and methods such as integrating mental health education into ideological and political education,allocating and strengthening human and material resources,and carrying out colorful and effective mental health activities,which expands new ideas for mental health education under the"one-stop"community model.
