A Review of Researches into Job Burnout of Special Education Teachers in China in the Last Ten Years
The study selected 23 papers to analyze the empirical research on job burnout of special education teachers in China in the last ten years,including the region,sample selection,research tools,overall performance,influencing factors,and intervention strategies.Research has found that current research has problems such as low research enthusiasm,single research methods,and a lack of cross regional and cross-cultural research.In the future,related research needs to increase the number of studies and enrich research methods;Expand research areas and focus on research objects;Dig deeper into influencing factors and explore intervention strategies.
