摘要
研究选取 23篇文献,从近十年国内特殊教育教师职业倦怠实证研究所涉区域、样本选取、研究工具、总体表现、影响因素,以及干预策略等方面进行分析.研究发现,当下特殊教育教师职业倦怠研究存在研究热度不高、研究方法单一,以及缺乏跨地区、跨文化研究等问题.今后,相关研究需要增加研究数量,丰富研究方法;拓宽研究区域,聚焦研究对象;深挖影响因素,探索干预策略.
Abstract
The study selected 23 papers to analyze the empirical research on job burnout of special education teachers in China in the last ten years,including the region,sample selection,research tools,overall performance,influencing factors,and intervention strategies.Research has found that current research has problems such as low research enthusiasm,single research methods,and a lack of cross regional and cross-cultural research.In the future,related research needs to increase the number of studies and enrich research methods;Expand research areas and focus on research objects;Dig deeper into influencing factors and explore intervention strategies.
