A Review of the Research on Teachers'Professional Identity in the Past 30 Years
Teachers'professional identity,as an important topic in the field of teacher research,has been widely concerned in the past 30 years.By using the literature analysis method,this paper summarizes the current domestic and foreign research on teachers'professional identity from the aspects of concept discrimination,structure division,feature description and formation and development mode,analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of the current research,and puts forward the direction and suggestions for future research.
