The Value Evaluation,Logical Proof,and Path Selection of the Implementation of Punishments in Primary Education
Educational punishment can regulate the words and deeds of primary school students,help to carry out efficient teaching activities and reshape the relationship between teachers and students.At present,there are the following problems in the implementation of punishment in primary education:lack of relevant legal knowledge,lack of a correct concept of punishment;differential treatment of excellent and poor students,lack of fairness;abuse of punishment,lack of purpose.In order to give full play to the effectiveness of educational punishment,primary school teachers can follow the following paths to implement educational punishment:clearly recognizing the connotation of educational punishment,clarifying the purpose and function of educational punishment,carrying out educational punishment in accordance with the law,respecting and careing for students,appropriately carring out discipline,grasing the boundary of punishment,improving professional accomplishment,ensuring the fairness of education and discipline,improving the art and wisdom of punishmening,and reflect the value of punishment.
