The Problem of Loss of Teachers of Rural Schools and Its Solutions——A Discussion Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory
A loss of rural teachers is an important factor hindering the high-quality development of rural education in China.Solving the problem of teacher loss in rural schools is the key to the revitalization of rural education.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,education departments and rural schools can reduce or eliminate the phenomenon of rural teacher turnover by improving work and living conditions to meet the basic needs of rural teachers firstly;Secondly,attach importance to social needs and meet the social expectations of rural teachers;The third one is to promote professional development and assist rural teachers in realizing their self-worth.
