大学生担忧水平对就业能力的影响:未来时间洞察力的中介作用

摘要
高校毕业生就业是关系到民生福祉、经济发展和国家未来的重要议题.本研究通过探究大学生就业能力、未来时间洞察力与担忧水平的关系,厘清未来时间洞察力在大学生内隐性担忧水平与外显性就业能力之间的作用途径.对苏州地区800名在读大学生展开问卷调查的结果表明,大学生的担忧水平、未来时间洞察力及就业能力之间存在显著相关性,且在不同年级与群体间存在显著差异;未来时间洞察力在担忧水平与就业能力之间存在显著中介作用.建议高校采取针对性措施,进一步推进大学生职业生涯规划教育、优化大学生就业指导策略的落地,缓解应届生就业困境.
Abstract
The employment of college graduates and other young people is an important issue related to the well-being of the people's livelihood,economic development and the future of the country.This study hopes to clarify the role of future time perspective in the relationship between College Students'implicit worry level and explicit employability by exploring the relationship among college students'employability,future time insight and worry level.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 823 college students in Suzhou.The results showed that there was a significant correlation among college students'worry level,future time insight and employability,and there were significant differences between different grades and groups;Future time perspective has a significant mediating effect between worry level and employability.It is suggested that colleges and universities should take targeted measures to further promote the education of College Students'career planning,optimize the implementation of College Students'employment guidance strategies,and alleviate the employment dilemma of fresh students.
