The Practical Dilemmas and Strategies of Thematic Activity Review in Kindergartens
Many kindergartens utilize thematic activity reviews as a form of school-based educational research,employing curriculum review to improve the suitability and effectiveness of the kindergarten curriculum.However,there are several challenges within the thematic activity review process in kindergartens.To address these challenges,the following strategies are proposed:Reviewing and analyzing the theme to clarify its value and logical progression;assessing the needs of the children to design appropriate thematic activity goals;enhancing teachers'ability to innovate in curriculum development;responding to the needs of the children to support their deep learning;and reflecting on the implementation of thematic activities to summarize and elevate the curriculum experience.
