Advances in the Preparation of 3D Printed Biomedical Titanium Alloy Powder
Titanium alloys have excellent mechanical properties and good biocompatibility,widely used in hard tissue implants.The pa-per introduces the principles and process characteristics of titanium alloy powder preparation methods commonly used now(including gas atomization,plasma rotary electrode method and plasma atomization method)and compares the performance characteristics of the powder made by different methods,aiming to provide a new avenue for 3D printing to produce medical titanium alloy implants with im-proved performance.
