滨海地区SMA-13沥青混合料低温抗裂性能

选用聚酯纤维作为外掺剂,干法制备聚酯纤维掺量为 0%、0.3%、0.35%、0.4%、0.45%、0.5%的SMA-13 半圆试件,分别开展 0、2、4、6、8 次硫酸钠-干湿循环下半圆弯曲(SCB)试验,并以清水-干湿循环作为平行对照组.随着干湿循环次数的增加,盐-干湿循环试件组和平行对照组试件的低温性能均降低;盐-干湿循环对试件的影响>清水-干湿循环对试件的影响,且清水-干湿循环后试件的低温性能劣化幅值较小;聚酯纤维掺量为 0.4%的试件宏观评价指标断裂韧性KIC在各溶液干湿循环条件下均有较好表现,且实测数据均高于其他掺量纤维.结合SEM扫描电镜试验可知,掺量为 0.4%的聚酯纤维能形成较好的纤维网状搭接结构,有利于试件整体性的提升和荷载的均匀传递.
Study on Low Temperature Crack Resistance of SMA-13 Asphalt Mixture in Coastal Area
The paper selects polyester fiber as an admixture and prepares SMA-13 semi-circular specimens with polyester fiber content of 0%,0.3%,0.35%,0.4%,0.45%and 0.5%.The lower semi-circular bending test of sodium sulfate-dry-wet cycle is carried out at different times,0,2,4,6,8 respectively.And the dry-wet cycle of water is used as a parallel control group.With the increase of the times of dry-wet cycles,the low temperature performance of the salt-dry-wet cycle specimen group and the parallel control group de-crease;salt-dry-wet cycle has more effect on the specimen than water-dry-wet cycle,and the low temperature performance degradation amplitude of the specimen after water-dry-wet cycle is small.The macro evaluation index KIC of polyester fiber specimens with 0.4%content has good performance under the condition of dry-wet cycle of each solution,and the measured data are higher than those of oth-er fibers.Combined with the SEM scanning electron microscope test,the polyester fiber with a content of 0.4%can form a better fiber mesh lap structure,conducive both to the improvement of the integrity of the specimen and to the uniform transmission of load.
