套壳料质量的好坏是决定袖阀管注浆成功与否的关键.为确定适用于袖阀管注浆用套壳料的最优配合比,开展了水、水泥、膨润土、水玻璃等材料不同占比下的室内试验并进行套壳料微观结构分析.水灰比对套壳料抗压强度影响最显著,水灰比越大,套壳料抗压强度越小;膨润土和砂在一定程度上可以提高套壳料前期抗压强度,但对后期强度基本不产生影响;水灰比越小,套壳料初、终凝时间越短,水玻璃对缩短套壳料终凝时间更显著;膨润土含量以及砂的存在对套壳料凝结时间基本不产生影响.
Optimization of Casing Mix Ratio for Sleeve Valve Pipe Grouting
The quality of casing material is the key to the success of sleeve valve pipe grouting.In order to determine the optimal mix ra-tio of casing material suitable for sleeve valve pipe grouting,laboratory tests were carried out under different proportions of water,ce-ment,bentonite,water glass and other materials,and casing material's microstructural analysis is conducted.The water-cement ratio has the most significant effect on the compressive strength of casing material,and the higher the water-cement ratio,the lower the com-pressive strength of casing material.Bentonite and sand can improve the early compressive strength of casings to a certain extent,but have little effect on the later strength.The smaller the water-cement ratio is,the shorter the initial and final setting time of casing mate-rials,and the water glass is more significant in shortening the final setting time of casing materials.The content of bentonite and the presence of sand have no effect on the setting time of casing material.
