Design of Magnetic Coupling Downhole Data Transmission System While Drilling
Aiming at the problems of low drilling efficiency and deviation of drill pipe from the predetermined trajectory caused by the in-ability to grasp the trajectory of drill pipe in real time during the operation of ordinary drilling rigs in underground coal mines,a mag-netic coupling data transmission system while drilling suitable for underground coal mines is designed to obtain information such as the trajectory of drill pipe in real time.The system includes signal modulation and demodulation module,relay module and mutual induct-ance coil.The modulation and demodulation circuit are designed by using the principle of binary frequency shift keying(2FSK).Ac-cording to the principle of mutual inductance of electromagnetic coil and the analysis of circuit model,the resonant frequency of trans-mission system is set.When the resonant frequency of the transmission system is set at the center of the two modulation frequencies,the data transmission is more stable and reliable,which meets the needs of long-distance data transmission while drilling.
