Research on Evaluation of Emergency Logistics Capacity Under Natural Disasters in Cities Based on Cloud Model
The comprehensive evaluation of the city's emergency logistics capacity can provide the direction of optimization of the city's emergency logistics capacity to a certain extent.The evaluation indexes of emergency logistics capacity under natural disasters are se-lected,its index system constructed.The index weights are determined by using the combination of weighting and introducing the cloud model to realize the quantification of evaluation language,thus constructing the evaluation model of emergency logistics capacity.Through the example,the feasibility of the cloud model in the evaluation of emergency logistics is verified,and suggestions for the opti-mization of urban emergency logistics are also given.
