《车辆系统动力学》知行合一教学创新实践

针对高校扩招和企业对人才需求的提高导致毕业研究生质量跟不上社会需求的问题,分别从国家、高校、企业和学生四个层面对现状进行分析,利用现有教学条件对车辆系统动力学课程进行一系列教学改革.以实践为切入点,通过课程改革来提高学生学习兴趣、掌握各类软件使用,进而能够学会完成各类项目,实现理论与实践的有机结合.让学生能够通过课程学习基础知识的同时,拓宽学生知识面,提高学生的动手能力和团队意识,达到知行合一.为高校培育实践型、创新型人才提供有益参考,最终达到为党育人、为国育才的目标.
Innovative Teaching Practice Based on Unity of Knowledge and Action in Vehicle System Dynamics
In view of the problem that the quality of graduate students can not keep up with the social needs due to the higher education expansion and the enterprise's growing demand for talents,the current situation is analyzed from four aspects:country,university,en-terprise and students,and a series of teaching reforms are carried out in the course of vehicle system dynamics by under the existing teaching conditions.Taking practice as the starting point,curriculum reform is implemented to improve students'interest in learning,master various software,and then learn to complete various projects,realizing the combination of theory and practice.Students can learn the basic knowledge through the course,broaden the students'knowledge,improve their practical ability and team awareness,and achieve the unity of knowledge and action.It provides a useful reference for colleges and universities to cultivate practical and inno-vative talents,and ultimately achieves the goal of educating people for the Party and the country.
