多元目标导向下材料力学教学改革与创新研究

为解决工程基础类课程产出导向特征不明、学为中心理念不深和持续改进机制不畅三大教学痛点问题,基于材料力学课程特点和学情分析,对课程传统教学方法进行改革与创新,提出了反向教学设计的多元目标导向法;全面揭示了课程多元目标和教学改革内涵,反向重构了多元目标导向下课程教学设计、教学大纲和教学活动,建立了"赛-教-学"师生能力共同提升创新教学模式.研究成果对于应用型本科工程基础类课程的教学改革与创新具有显著的指导意义.
Reform and Innovation of Materials Mechanics Teaching under the Guidance of Multiple Objectives
In order to solve the three major teaching problems of engineering basic courses:unclear output-oriented characteristics,in-sufficient student-centered concept,and ineffective continuous improvement mechanism,a multiple-goal-oriented method of reverse teaching design is proposed,based on the course characteristics of materials mechanics and analysis of learning situation.Traditional teaching methods of the courses are reformed and innovated.The method reveals the multiple goals and the teaching reform content,and reversely reconstructs the teaching design,teaching curriculum and teaching activities under the guidance of multiple goals.An innova-tive teaching model of"competition-teaching-learning"is established to jointly improve innovative teaching.The research results have significant guiding significance for the teaching reform and innovation of the basic engineering courses in the applied undergraduate col-leges and universities.
