Effect of Organic Fertilizer Replacing Chemical Fertilizer on Soil Nutrients and Strawberry Fruit Quality
A field plot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of replacing chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers on soil physicochemical properties, strawberry yield and quality. The test crop selected Red Face strawberry, and nine conditions are used,i.e.blank control(CK),conventional fertilization(CG),optimized fertilization with chemical fertilizers(YH),organic fertilizers re-placing 15%nitrogen fertilizers with organic inorganic fertilizers(TH1),organic fertilizers replacing 30%nitrogen fertilizers with or-ganic inorganic fertilizers(TH2),organic fertilizers replacing 50%nitrogen fertilizers with organic inorganic fertilizers(TH3),organic fertilizers replacing 30%phosphorus fertilizers(TP1),and organic fertilizers replacing 60%phosphorus fertilizers(TP3)were used.TH3),organic fertiliser replacing 30%phosphorus fertiliser(TP1)and organic fertiliser replacing 60%phosphorus fertiliser(TP2).Tests started from October 2021 to April 2022.The results showed that organic fertiliser replacing chemical fertiliser could significantly improve soil physicochemical properties such as pH,organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium.Among them;TH3 treatment could increase soil pH by 9.63%,organic matter by 22.41%,total nitrogen by 26.13%,total phosphorus by 16.36%and total potassium by 33.00%.In terms of strawberry quality,TP2 treatment had the best effect, with vitamin C increased by 4.00%,soluble sugar increased by 37.56%,and titratable acid decreased by 34.08%.
