基于正交试验的沸石生态混凝土配合比优化

为探究沸石生态混凝土的最佳配比,基于正交试验设计了 9组不同配合比的沸石生态混凝土,研究了目标孔隙率、水灰比和粉煤灰掺量3个因素及其3个不同水平对沸石生态混凝土抗压强度、实际孔隙率、透水系数和pH值的影响.结果表明:抗压强度最佳配合比组合方案为 目标孔隙率20%、水灰比0.35、粉煤灰掺量20%;实际孔隙率、透水系数和pH值最佳配合比组合方案为目标孔隙率30%、水灰比0.35、粉煤灰掺量20%.为保证沸石生态混凝土的强度,选择力学性能较好的组合为目标孔隙率20%、水灰比0.35、粉煤灰掺量20%,可用于垃圾填埋场底层、垃圾箱、河岸混凝土护坡面、公园景区路面等工程.
Mix Proportion Optimization of Zeolite Ecological Concrete Based on Orthogonal Test
In order to explore the best ratio of zeolite ecological concrete,this paper designed 9 groups of zeolite ecological concrete with different mix ratios based on orthogonal test.The effects of target porosity,water-cement ratio and fly ash content and their three different levels on the compressive strength,actual porosity,permeability coefficient and pH value of zeolite ecological concrete were studied.The results show that the best mix ratio combination scheme of compressive strength is:target porosity 20%,water-cement ratio 0.35,fly ash content 20%;the best combination scheme of actual porosity,permeability coefficient and pH value is:target porosity 30%,water-ce-ment ratio 0.35,fly ash content 20%.To ensure the strength of zeolite ecological concrete,the combination with better mechanical proper-ties should be selected,which is the target porosity of 20%,water-cement ratio of 0.35,and fly ash content of 20%.It can be used in the projects,like the bottom of landfill sites,garbage bins,river bank concrete slope protection surfaces,park pavement.
