为应对因雨水径流量改变而导致的水安全问题,以合肥某给水厂为例,探讨利用低影响开发技术调节厂区径流的可能性,并建立基于SWMM的水文模型,校核调控效果.结果表明:分散式布设下凹式绿地、雨水花园、绿色屋顶、透水铺装 4 种LID措施,在 5a重现期内,厂区地表径流削减率平均值达到 61.95%,地表下渗率平均提高 36.90%,洪峰流量平均减小 73.59%,节点积水量平均减少 79.74%,年径流总量控制率达到77.27%,比目标年径流总量控制率提高 2.27%,降低了厂区内涝风险,为安全生产提供了保障.
Design of Water Supply Plant Based on the Concept of Low Impact Development
In order to deal with the water safety problems caused by the change of runoff of rain water,taking a water supply plant in Hefei as an example,the possibility of using low impact development technology to regulate runoff was discussed,and a hydrological model based on SWMM was established to check the regulation effect.The results show that four kinds of LID measures,including decentralized layout of concave green space,rain water garden,green roof,permeable paving,in the 5-year return period,resulted in the average reduction rate of surface runoff to 61.95%,the average surface infiltration rate increased by 36.90%,the flood peak discharge decreased by 73.59%,and the node water accumulation decreased by 79.74%.The annual total runoff control rate reached 77.27%,2.27%higher than the target annual run-off control rate,reducing the risk of waterlogging in the plant area and providing a certain guarantee for production safety.
