Mix Proportion Optimization Test of Composite Grouting Material Based on Orthogonal Design
In order to solve the shortcomings of poor stability and low early strength of traditional foundation grouting materials, this pa-per uses silica fume, cement, water glass and water reducing agent as raw materials to prepare a composite grouting material suitable for rectification and reinforcement of existing building foundations.Orthogonal test design was used to study the influence of 3 three fac-tors and three different levels of water glass content, water reducing agent content and silica fume content on the gel time,fluidity,wa-ter precipitation rate and compressive strength of the slurry through gel time test, fluidity test, water precipitation rate test and compres-sive strength test.Based on the primary and secondary order of the influence of each factor on the target parameters, the optimal combi-nation of each target parameter under the action of single factor is comprehensively optimized and balanced, and the optimal mix ratio is proposed. The results show that the content of water glass and silica fume has a significant effect on the performance of the material. The comprehensive optimal mix ratio is 35% in water glass content,1% in water reducing agent content, and 15% in silica fume content.
