饲料原料白酒糟基本成分测定及评价

为了解白酒糟的基本成分以确定其利用价值,测定了白酒糟(2012-WS-007)的营养成分及对其进行营养学评价,并与葡萄渣、甜菜渣和小麦秸秆等饲料原料进行了比较。结果表明:粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗纤维三大类物质占白酒糟干物质总量的64.99%,在所含的13中氨基酸中,必须氨基酸占总氨基酸的67.56%,每千克白酒糟中含维生素B115mg,维生素B21.8mg,此外还含有丰富的铜、铁和锌等矿物质。上述结果表明白酒糟中各类营养物质种类和含量均符合国标规定的饲料原料要求,以白酒糟为原料开发制备饲料等产品具有较好的经济效益。
For understanding elementary composition of distiller′s grains to determine its value, nutrient content of dis-tiller′s grains were measuredand evaluated its nutriology. Moreover, distiller′s grains were compared with many feedstuffs such as grape slag, beet pulp andwheat straw. Results indicated that three types of material concluding crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber accounted for 64.99%of total dry matter of distiller′s grains. In 13 amino acids contained, essential amino acid accounted for 67.56%of total amino acids; 15mg of vitamins B1 as well as 1.8 mg of vitamins B2 were contained in per kilogram of distiller′s grains; In addition, there were abundant minerals such as copper, iron, zinc and so on in distiller′s grains. Results above showed that:both variety of nutrients and content in distiller′s grains conformed to requirements of national standard of feed raw materials. It had good economic benefit to develop products such as fodder based on distiller′s grains.
