棉籽油分提新工艺研究

New Technology in Fractionation of Cottonseed Oil

为解决传统棉籽油分提结晶周期长和生产能耗大的问题,本研究采用了一种新的棉籽油分提工艺。该工艺通过添加高熔点的晶种,采用预结晶工艺并结合棕榈油分提技术以优化传统的棉籽油分提工艺。试验表明:分提液油在0℃冷冻10d时仍澄清透明,且冷冻试验可达24.5h,完全符合一级棉籽油冷冻试验的要求。新工艺优化了现有棉籽油分提工艺,降低了生产成本,对提高棉籽油综合利用效果具有很重要的意义,同时对缓解我国油料紧缺局面有很重要的积极作用。
New fractionation technology of cottonsee d oil was investigated in order to solve problems in traditional fraction-ation of cottonseed oil, which were long crystallization time and large energy consumption. Combined pre-crystallization process by adding a high melting point seed with conventional fractionation of process palm oil, tnew technology was improved in this re-search. Tests showed that liquid oil extracted fat was still clear and transparent after being frozen l0d at 0℃, and time of freezing test could up to 24.5 h, which satisfied requirements of A-level cottonseed freezing tests. Production costs could be reduced by improving processes of existing fractionation of cottonseed oil, and this technology has a very important significance in improving utilization of cottonseed oil and relieving shortage situation of oil in China.
