在全面分析油脂加工学的重要性、必要性的基础上,提出教与学理念的转变与创新。在调整与优化教学内容、改革教学方法、加强实践教学提高学生动手能力及注重学生综合能力的考核等方面进行了改革。通过近5年的不断实践和完善,已经形成较为成熟的教学体系,并在教学中取得一定的成效。
Basing on comprehensive analysis importance and necessity of edible oil processing course, concept of teach-ing and learning were changed and innovated. Teaching contents wereadjusted and optimized; teaching methodswere reformed. And practice teaching wasstrengthened to improve the students′ability, paid attention to reform the examination styles. Through nearly five years practice and improvement, mature teaching system has been reformed and some achievements were got during the teaching.
