便携式谷物成分近红外检测仪设计

Design of Portable Near Infrared Detector for Grain Composition

为了解决当前谷物成分近红外检测仪结构复杂和价格昂贵等问题,设计了一款以发光二极管作为光源, PbS型光敏电阻为探测器的8波长便携式的谷物成分近红外检测仪。通过对仪器性能的试验表明:仪器光学系统工作稳定,具有较高的精度,蛋白质含量的真实值和预测值相关性较高,可用于快速在线检测谷物的蛋白质、淀粉和脂肪等成分。该仪器具有结构简单、体积小、操作方便和成本低等优点,适合在谷物的收购、加工和流通等环节应用。
For solving problems of complicated structure and expensive of near infrared detector for grain composition , eight-wavelength portable near infrared detector for grain composition was designed , which taken a light emitting diode as light source and PbS type photosensitive resistance as detector. Experiment results showed that optical system of instrument stable oper-ation. It had high precision, and true value and predictive value of protein content had high correlation. Instrument could be used for rapid on-line detection of protein, starch, fat and other ingredients of grain. It had advantages of simple structure, small vol-ume, convenient operation, and low cost. Instrument is suitable for application of grain of acquisition, processing and circula-tion, ect.
